Saturday Workout...

It feels so good to have your workout done on a Saturday...I just finished Phase 1 of Body Beast and can't believe how much my body has changed in just 21 Days! Yes, sounds similar to 21 Day Fix...Hard work, eating a clean diet and commitment is what these programs need to see success!! I feel great and to think being 40 (nearly 41), mom of 4 kids and only 5'1...I am gaining some awesome muscle!  I would highly recommend this program if you are at your goal weight...this is strictly to get toned/bulk up. If you want to join one of my fitness groups, please let me know!! I can't wait to see what Phase 2 of Body Beast brings on!!
