Monday's are a MUST...Missing a Monday workout for me is a non-negotiable. I tend to work out earlier in the morning too...this really helps get my mind in the right place. I have just started Body Beast a week ago, this is week 2 and it is TOUGH!!! Legs have always been an issue for me, so this is important for me to get an extremely good leg day in.
